At First Residential Mortgage, Ms. Sheetal began her career with receiving the rookie of the year award in the first year and has received numerous sales awards each year thereafter. She is also recognized as one of the company’s top producing loan officers.  Ms. Sheetal was inducted into the First Residential Mortgages Hall of Fame for closing more than 550 loans in the first five years of her career with First Residential.  That’s 550 more families and clients who were able to succeed in achieving their goal of homeownership due to Ms. Sheetal’s capability to close their loans.

In 2007 Ms. Sheetal was presented with the position Dedicated to Excellence Sales Award.  This award is presented to the loan officer who offers superior customer service and consistently meets and exceeds sales goals. Ms. Sheetal’s understanding of the mortgage products available is unmatched by others in the industry. Tailoring the mortgage product to best suit her clients needs is something that she takes pride in and has mastered during her lending career.

Relationship building is of great importance to Ms. Sheetal.  Much of her business is built on referrals from past clients and the real estate community.  Ms. Sheetal is very involved in community events and organizations including the National Association of Realtors, the Liberty Board of Realtors, Business Network International, the Asian Indian Chamber of Commerce (AICC) and South American Association just to name a few.

Ms. Sheetal was asked by many owners of real estate companies to present to their entire office and also speak at their events. This has helped in bridging the gap between the buyers and the realtors. Ms. Sheetal refers to this experience as being incredibly full-filling and valuable.
